Hi, I am Chad Jacob and the start of my entrepreneurial career began with the opening of College Hunks in Kalamazoo. For the last four years, this business has been listed in the Kalamazoo INC 5000 as one of the fastest-growing companies in America. We pride ourselves on building and developing relationships within our community by partnering with local donation centers to reduce, reuse, and recycle the items we get from our clients through our removal services. Recently, after building and growing the Sarasota, FL franchise I sold it over to corporate. July 2025 I took a member of our Kalamazoo team and let him pick a city that he would want to be in. He chose Oklahoma City and so started another location there and now service 3 territories there and in the promise of transferring ownership over to him! I now employ over 100 staff. The beginning of this year purchased K9 Care Camp and grew another local business and gave more opportunities to people in the area. My teammates are the biggest asset to the success of my companies.
