In 2024 alone, we purchased nine properties totaling 506,000 square feet and added 1.2 million square feet in new construction. Recent acquisitions include Lindsey Dedicated Services (LDS), Midwest Realty Group, Kandler Tool Company, and EarthWorks Lawn & Landscape.
Clark Logic specializes in warehousing, third-party logistics, and transportation, with additional services including year-round property maintenance, cardboard and paper recycling, semi-trailer and container sales and rentals, heavy machinery moving, and dunnage washing.
