YWCA Kalamazoo is on a mission to eliminate racism and empower women. As the longest-standing YWCA in Michigan, this year we are celebrating 140 years of service in our community. YWCA Kalamazoo interrupts violence by providing comprehensive services to survivors of domestic violence, human-trafficking and sexual assault, realizes reproductive justice by promoting maternal and child health and provides excellent programs in early childhood education and workforce development. YWCA stands for anti-oppression, seeking to interrupt root causes of intergenerational poverty and inequity through anti-violence, early childhood education, and maternal/child health.
