During a successful 20-year career in enterprise consulting and sales, Ryan began investing in real estate locally, and he founded EZE to give homeowners a better path than a discounted cash offer. EZE coordinates and funds the repairs, cleanout, staging—and even the move and temporary housing when money is tight—all with nothing out of pocket and repaid from the sale proceeds. Families then list with a trusted local realtor and sell for what their home is truly worth, keeping more of their equity. Throughout the sale, Ryan stays involved, handling the details that come up along the way, such as needed inspection repairs.
Ryan works closely with seniors, families settling estate homes, and the realtors and elder-care professionals who serve them across Southwest Michigan. His faith is what drives his passion for helping people. Ryan lives in Paw Paw with his wife and their seven children, and he enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, traveling, and time with family.
